My Account Button

Access to your account can be done via the button above or by stopping by one of the library service desks. Access requires your 14-digit library card number and 4-digit PIN. If you have an e-mail address associated with your account, you may change your PIN via the website; if not, please visit the library and we would be happy to assist you.

Checkout & Renewal

Materials can be checked out at a library service desks with your library card or state ID or at any of the self-checkout machines located throughout the library with your library card and PIN. The library offers automatic renewal up to 2 times for items that do not have any holds on them. Patrons with e-mail notification or text alerts will be notified about renewals; patrons without either notification option will need to call the library or check their account online to verify renewal.

Fines & Fees

The library accepts cash, checks, and credit card payments. Patrons may also pay fees online through their library account. As of January 2025, the library no longer charges overdue fees for most items.  Overdue fees will still be charged for our Express collection, Library of Things items, mobile hotspots, and book discussion club kits.  Express books, mobile hotspots, and Library of Things items circulate for 1 week with an overdue fee of $1 per day. Items not returned or returned damaged will be billed to the borrower's account. Borrowing privileges are suspended once an account reaches $10 in overdue fees. Accounts with $80 or more in fees may be turned over to a materials recovery company which adds an additional $9.95 to a patron’s account.
