Approval of the layout of the Preliminary Plat of Schepers Farm, part of P.P. # 70-14-07-400-019, located at 8100 42nd Ave., zoned Low Density Residential (LDR), Georgetown Township, Ottawa County, Michigan, as recommended by the Planning Commission.

Hidden Lakes Cost Sharing Request


Motion:           To approve a cost sharing reimbursement to the developer, in the amount of $80,000 with half to be covered by Blendon Township, and the payment is to be made when the lift station is completed and in service, as recommended by the Utilities Committee.

Sidewalk Waiver Request for Parkside Auto Sales located at 2120 Chicago Dr.


Motion:           To deny the Sidewalk Waiver Request from Parkside Auto Sales, as recommended by the Utilities Committee.

Note: The applicant is requesting a Special Land Use Permit for vehicle repair which includes site plan approval.  Various improvements are proposed for the property.  Site plan approval triggers the requirement for the installation of sidewalk.
